Elkland Area Community Library Services
The Elkland Area Community Library provides a variety of services for both cardholders and non-cardholders. To borrow items from the library, one must have a library card with the library or have a PA Access library card. Other services such as copies, computer prints, fax, internet access, use of meeting room does not require a library card, however, must agree to policy/practice that applies.
